OK - so I am just trying to play around with plug-ins - sick of trying to sell items worth heaps of money over about 10 days at the creeper.
So I installed the latest patch, and downloaded 4 official plug-ins (indices, adamantium armour, some helm, and area effect arrows. All of those were unzipped in the data flies directory, and have created themselves their own folder strcture. Now the difficulty - if I load the game, my understanding is that I should hit the data files option and be able to select the plug-ins I want to use. They don;t show on the file list though - all I have are all my saved games (ie .ess files) and the Morrowind.esm file - there are no .esp files showing on the list. I normally manage to nut these things out myself, but what am I missing here? |
OK - looks like they should have downloaded with the .esp in the directory called datafiles, but instead, they have made their own folders - ie one per plug-in in the data files directory - let's see what happens now - wish me luck ;)

OK - problem solvered - now I just need to search out that mod that gives the creeper more money - I am sick and tired of it taking 10 days to sell him my stuff.
you can create your own creeper mod. no need to download other people's.

You shouldn't be surpised about that though, seeing as you were the one that put me onto the mod :D - guess I will have to buy you a beer some time buddy ;) . |
I'll keep that in mind Davros. :D
some item cost more than 100k. so putting 1 more 0 into creeper's money helps. ;)

yes you can edit the creeper mod, though editing someones mod for your own benefit kinda doesn't sound right.
That reminds me... what about those trapped souls ? If you have a winged twilight in a soulgem, it's worth hundreds of thousands, how are you ever gonna sell that ?
that's why I say to create your own creeper mod, so you can have a creeper that have 1000000 gold and will buy everything.
I like the mudcrab that has a lisp, he has good money
My creeper has 10,000,000.00 gold and I have around 5,000,000+ and I just found a box full of of really great weapons (add up their value almost 20,000,000) in the sewers doing the dark brotherhood quest its full of weapons like nothing I've ever seen in the game before but I'm not telling where I found them except check every box, crate, and barrel you find in Tribunal and maybe you'll find them too! nothing can stand up to me now and watch out for the lighting balls wow what a blast!
cool, I didn't realise there's item worth more than 1000000. maybe I should redo my creeper mod.
In tribunal there must be itams worth more than 100000. In normal morrowind I remember seeing an item worth 125000, but cannot recall where... anyway there aren't so many of them, so you can just use the old trick of selling the overpriced item and buying back something "cheaper"
daedric katanas are 125000. I haven't notice any tribunal items that is worth more. or maybe I'm blind.
Well, the big hammer in the museum, although quite impossible to carry out is worth more than 100000
