Your alignment doesnt really make a difference unless you're playing a Paladin or Ranger or Cleric. I'm still wondering why people are'nt bored of being Lawful Good/ Chaotic Good all the time. Why?

If you want to get along reasonably well with all other alignments you need to be Neutral, but Chaotic good is almost as useful.
However, YOUR alignment does not stop trouble arising between oppositely aligned team members. A Paladin might get on ok with a Neutral leader, but NOT with your Evil aligned Mage, for example.
You really need to choose team members who will not decide to kill each other or walk out with your valuable items at the most inconvenient time!

any chaotic alignment is the best... that way u can step on a few toes at certain times and not get penalized....

I have played Lawful neutral. But in the current game I am playin Chaotic Evil which is the first time I have played an Evil character. I have just killed everyone in the Promenade

In terms of BG, the quests really seem tailored for neutral/chaotic good chars. Or is this just me? Mostly good quests, with some neutral quests and a sprinkling of(mostly sucky) evil quests.
