I wish to find the Scimeter BELM+2 which gives you an extra attack per round, but haveing played through once i failed to find it, now on the second time i wish to, where is it? and also where is Bracers of blinding Strike.

Belm is in the ogres house in the north western part of the druid grove

Maybe I am, although I don't recall getting the Water's Edge in the Shark City. The only scimitar I recall getting from Trademeet and Druid Grove area that is worth a bit of mentioning is the Rashad's Talon, which is given by Djinni when the quest is completed.

I think it is Limited Wish, under the "Adventure you have never seen before" option. Your mage need to have high WIS to get some options in this spell.

If memory serves correctly when doing the Rakshasa part of the trademeet quest you will find it. When you cross the bridge to the house where the rakshasa is hidden take a right turn kill some trolls enter the dilapidated tower and the belm is in one of the boxes there.

The ogre is only there during the limited wish quest, i woudn´t recomend doing it though.
