I was asking myself what kind of bow does it shoot???

I think it is enchant to hit +3.

They're +3 alright. I killed an Adamantine Golem with one, and that usually needs a +3 weapon.

Where is the Tasheron Bow found?

I've had it before but I never used it. Anyway I finally created an Archer. How does it compare to Gesen's Bow?

On a side note I went through BG 1 with tons of ranged attack. You had to just to survive. This is my 3rd time through BG 2 and I'm using a bow for the first time. ( Including NPC's! )

Gesen's is nice in that you don't have to mess around with arrows. Ditto for Tasherons if I recall. The Tungian bow was decent to though. Got 5 attacks a round with it.

You getthe Tasheron Bow from Catti-Brie and it is not as good as gesens bow in my opinion i say stick with gesen

You can get 2 Tasheron's bows during the course of the game. You can buy one early in the game in Tradesmeet after solving their genie problem.

The 2nd Tasheron's bow is carried by Cattie Brie, but you will not encounter her until very late in the game.

The mana bow and "heart seeker" are the best bows

The mana bow is in the The Wood of Sharp Teeth, Heartseeker in Firkraag's dungeon. I think you can also buy a Heartseeker from the Adventurer's Mart, but not sure about that.

That bow is the only way I could have killed Adamantite Golems. It takes awhile since it only does 1 damage tot hem, but I've had Yoshimo take out about 10 Adamantite Golems so far with it. Simply put, its awesome!

I'v got the BEST bow! It gives 3 attacks per round, uses no arrows, and does 2d4 magic damage +2 fire +2 acid. Totals 6-12 damage if creature not resistant. BTW, Tansherons bow doesn't hit creatures that are immune to normal weapons, but it does hit creatures that require +3 magic weapons or less. MY bow does hit monsters immune to normal weapons because the damage is magical. oh yeah, speed factor is only 2! I still have a hard time in quite a few spots, so I believe this weapon is NOT overpowerful. Anyone want it? E-mail me.
