Hi all,

just out of interest really.

I just Backstabbed Fael (Tanner Quest) for 101 points of damage, at the same time my three traps went off. All told the damage was 226 points for three traps and one stab. I've done a higher B/S once but forget the score.
I'm just wondering what is the most NON MAGICAL damage you've done in a single attack. Thief traps accepted, but not multiple laying/sleeping/laying of them ok.

Oops, forgot to say, I'm using a multi classed Fighter/Thief, levels 10 & 12 respectively.

Hmmmmm i removed the XP cap then got to a level forty thief with backstab multiplier x7 i could do about 160-200 damage in one backstab

My character was dual wielding maces (4 attacks/round) and wearing the girdle of frost giant strength. He hit all 4 times with 2 critical and did damage of 26,42,38,28 for a total of 134 (this was against a drow warrior).

Hmm.. my Kensai-Thief once did a kai-boosted critical dual hit on a certain Pirate mage whilst under the influence of Holy Might. I forget what weapons, one was a Katana. The incredible amount of 190 damage was enough to render him into chunks instantly, and interestingly, one of the chunks continued to spellcast.

(Must have been the larynx.)

Indeed, with Kai and backstab, a kensai/thief can usually do over 150+ in backstab.

Yes, my kensai/thief once did 260 damage in one blow without any magic. I think he had 19 in strength at the time and used the celestial fury. Once, when he was below level 13 as a thief with x4 backstab, he did 200+ I remember, but maybe he was using a holy power (I think that's the name).

My monk with girdle of frost giant strength and gauntlets of crushing was fighting a certain big, well armored enemy with a ridiculous amount of hp and he did not punch for less than 38. In addition, the monk was immune to the enemy's attacks, being level 20 http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...iles/smile.gif. Now that was some pleasing battle spam!

Well I attacked the hell pit fiend with ADHW
took about 90 damage each so that's about
360 damage in one spell thought it was nice but it could be better

CTRL-Y for way over a thousand. Okay, it's cheating... so what?

(in one round) one series of spell sequencers/triggers, did a massive explosion, killed a silver dragon

same set up, killed a pack of beholders

i can't remember my best, but at a mere level 9, i did 126 damage with a swashbuckler wielding two long swords against a lich in 1 round. 1 long sword was the daystar and the other was fairly weak.
