Two things, first of all i can't get in the circus tent at the beginning of the game, the guard won't talk to me (he apparantly has nothing to say to me)... what gives?

Secondly, I did the slaver quest, and hendrak dissapeared. He is nowhere to be found in the bar... please someone help.

You can still do the cirus quest:
1) If even reloading fails to work and the guard won't take to you, enable cheat and [ctrl] + [Y] him, you won't get the +1 rep reward, but you can enter the tent now.
2) [ctrl] + [Q] the guard into you party and play along, then ditch him later.

As for Hendrak, he disappear? Did he fight and kill the slaver boss in the inn?

I never had the problem with the circus thing but try talking to someone near the cages. there's a man there who's very scared and tells u about what happened in the circus.
maybe u need that trigger.
