You need to use the UBB syntax to display your image. Click on the UBB Code is On link to the left of the posting box.

Moiraine, the reason you don't immediately see your post is because of flood control, so that the server doesn't get overwhelmed with posts. It usually only takes a few minutes. Yeah, I set the Flood control to 90 seconds. It's just a way to protect the server and allow the UBB cache to be written easier.

No, 90 seconds if fine, remember that you sometimes have 50-100 people reading and posting at one time, so it just helps keep things more stable.
