Storm-Queen pops in via dimension door, says (totally unprintable things) to Hellfire, Kisses her beloved Lord Black Knight-accepting her sword's history which she hopes he saved somewhere because (expletive deleted) IE at office won't let her save the text and Netscape is buggy; gives her blessing to add the incredibly talented, if somewhat underdressed (giggle) Sir Tainly to the Order of the Cloud; Notes that Gray Mage is off doing what she should be doing- rl work!; Sees that Moridin is back and wonders why his nose is all red and he keeps sneezing so hard he messes up his spells and sounds like he's attempting a poor imitation of the Wild Winds of the Storm-Queen herself (LOL); thanks Wolfgir for his starting the new thread; says howdy to Larry up in the viewing stands; blows some cloudmist toward Memnoch so he won't see this post; Kisses her BK again...mmmmm...uh and decides she'd best be off to rl again before she steams the thread up in mid-day!- dimension door back to dreary office and the blasted vile file of tenure.

Not to crash the party or anything, but just be aware that this Ultraboard doesn't have flood control activated and if we all flood it with posts there is a very real chance that it will crash - more so than threads reaching 100+ posts. That's why the UBB boards - including the one we are going to move to eventually - have flood control. I was surprised at how quickly Hellfire's thread reached 100 posts.

Just be careful about how quickly you post ok?

The problem with "good" is that you truly cannot do evil things (okay in some instances) but we followers of the dark arts can do nothing but evil all day and feel good about it when we go to sleep at night.

The Sword of the Purple Rose

The Great Bard of the High Court in Amn had commissioned a Mage to make a Sword for His Beloved Queen. She was the most skilled of all the fighters of the land. But during the making of the sword, a small, small Demon disrupted the spell. The Live Essence of the Bard, the Mage, and the Queen were trapped into the sword.

STATS:

Weapon: Short Sword
Type: Slashing
Damage: +3, +6 vs Evil, +10 vs Demons.
Bonuses: When Wielded, Skies Blacken, Lightening crashes down. The Wielder and Party is Protected from Evil on 10 Radius centered on Wielder. When hit, 15% chance 2d10 Electrical damage, 20% chance undead are turned, 50% chance Demons are banished from realm, and if on their plane, 10% chance to destroy, 5% chance on successful hit, enemy’s weapon will be polymorphed into Purple Roses and Enemy becomes Charmed by closes person not protected from evil. There is also a 25% chance when unsheathed, a Black Knight will come to your aid.

Usable by: Multiclass Bards and Mages only
