I felt the same way as you, just a few weeks ago, like I was being alienated from the board. Remeber this though - Just because people do not respond directly to you, it does not mean that you are not noticed, I have noticed you, because you were here when I first started. I got some really nice responses after that, and realised that I had been noticed, and I have since returned here often, even though I haven't played in over a month...

What Wolfgir, Sylent and Moiraine told you is true: No one will be forgotten here, just because someone seems to get all the attention for a while doesn't mean you're not important anymore! You'll notice that when you DO continue to post here, you will always get responses!

Besides I think you could need the diversion, judging by what you told us about your situation in a boring or even rejecting environment! (yes we haven't forgotten that)

Draconia: Please reconsider! I for one remember your story-how you are originally from Mexico but live in Utah and of how miserable the place makes you but you stay there for the love of your family. I remember feeling so bad because you sounded as if you felt boxed into a corner and I hoped that you would find a little bit of fun and BG2 on the board to help. I also remember thinking that you were one very brave woman!

DRACONIA - I was wondering where you had gone lately. I was thinking maybe you were too busy or something to log on. Now you come back and you want to leave? What??? No way gal! You can't you can't you can't you can't!!!! I understand how you feel I truly do. There are times when I see everyone chatting back and forth and I can't think of anything to add to it and I feel left out. Then there are times I post something and get zippo answers. I get to start thinking certain people like me and others don't. But then I realize that everyone here is in their own time zones, some posts fall back and don't get answered because they aren't "on top" anymore, etc. etc. It really is nothing personal, there is just tons of people here talking and it can be difficult keeping track of conversations. But when you do truly reach out, as you have done with your post here, as you can see, all the attention and love is yours! I really have missed you please don't check out on me!! Please give this board one more chance!!!

Thanks everyone. You are all very sweet. I do want all of you to know that I do not want all of the attention on me or even to be noticed all of the time. The last few times I have replied to stuff and I have directed it to someone, they didn't reply to what I wrote. That is what got me feeling a little sad. I come in here everyday, several times a day and read what is going on. I love coming here. I just seen what I wrote go without any replies, it just made me feel a little left out.

Memnoch- Thank you. I am glad that you find the Bookcliff mountains so interesting. I am trying to find out more about them. I am planning a hike in a couple of years so I am trying to get in shape. I need to be in tip top shape to climb those mountains. I do plan on taking some more pictures of them, a little closer ones, and I will email them to you.

bilgis- Thank you. I have reconsidered. But please don't think that I just want to be noticed all of the time. That isn't why I thought of leaving.

Cloudbringer- Thank you. The collections hasn't had anything new added. I have 3 dragons to paint and no time at the moment. I just remembered, I did have a new dragon added, it was a shocker how I got. My mother-n-law got it for me as a just because she saw it and she wanted to get it for me. I still have a hard time believing it and the dragon is sitting here on my desk.

Yorick- Thank you so much for your kind words. You have been so kind to me and have always replied when I have written a post to you. After reading what you and everyone else has written, how can I leave. I do promise to reply to more post and if no one replies to me when I write something directly to them, I will not feel this way again. I will take your advice and keep replying. As you did call me your sister on another thread, My brother Yorick, I will not leave. Can I tell my kids that they have a new uncle??

Lady Zekke- Thank you. I don't know what to say but when you put it that way, I will stay. I will try and get in the conversations more and try not to feel the way I did. I am always busy, with 3 kids, busy is my middle name. But I always make time to come here. I love it here. It is my get away.

Thank you for making me feel better. I will stay and try to get more involved in the topics, off or on. Living where I do and having no friends, it is hard for me not to feel the way I did. My husband is gone 5 days a week. This is a place that I come very often to get my mind off of things. All of you are great. Just remember - we're all here for each other!!! A lot of times, because the front page is so small, when people post topics (this could be a small side effect of the offtopic thing) the topic could freefall quite quickly. Don't be afraid to bump. That's what i do when people don't answer me. Also sometimes people aren't able to check sometimes, for example I've only been able to check the board at odd times this week because I've gone into a form of voluntary slavery here at work but just keep bumping!!!

Hola Draconia, estoy muy contento de ver que haias vuelto. Perdoname pero mi espanol no es muy bueno por falte de pratica. Al principio de Enero, yo tambien me marche porque parecia que era impossible contestar or ver todo lo que habian escrito. Despues de un mes me hecho falte a mis amigos y cuando volvi, todos fueron tan amables que ahora no podria pensar en dejarles otra vez. La mayoria de los mimbros solo visitan 2 o 3 veces a la semana, y es verdad que mientras tanto ha habido tantas respuestas que habeces es dificil encontrar preguntas viejas. Estan intentado de corrigir esta problema en el nuevo 'board'. Mientras tanto no te precupes porque la gente aqui son maravillosos y si no te contestan, no es porque nos les importantas. Muchas veces no sabran la repuesta. En fin, sigue preguntado y contestando y veras como todos se precupan.

I usually don't have too much time to read the posts during the day, and even less time to respond to any, but what I do is scan over the posts and see which ones would pertain to me, or seem to be interesting. I had completely skipped over this thread for a long time, just because it was to the attention of Yorick, and so I thought that I would not find much in here!
I feel like I am behind because everyone from my generation on this board know how to put animated gif's in their signatures, and I am just now learning how to do stupid smiley's!! So, I have alot to complain about as well, but...I am still having fun...
