I want to do more quests to level my party up before going into Bodhi's lair. I already did:
Jahiera's Harper quest The Firkraag Quest The Temple Ruins Quest The Trademeet quest Anomen's Quest And lots of other quests too. Should I keep looking for quests, or just go ahead and kill my party trying to beat the vampires? |
did you do nalia's quest? or is that trademeet
in any event its hard, I dont know how to hurt the soul troll or whatever it was. shadow troll.. blah. |
Nalia's Keep Quest,
Planar Sphere Quest, Fallen Paladin's Quest, Cult of the Unseeing Eye Quest, Sir Sarles's Quest, Dawn Ring Quest, Limited Wish Quest, Skinner Murder Quest, Planar Prison Quest, Mind Flayer Stronghold Quest, etc... ... |
Killed any dragons yet? Try that out.
|
I still have yet to do the Cult of the Unseeing Eye (working on that), Nalia's Quest, Mindfayer Quest, Limited Wish Quest (what is that?), and I don't know what Sir Sarles's Quest is, so I don't know if I did it or not. But, should I go into Bodhi's lair yet?
|
I also killed the Shadow Dragon and Firkraag. are there any dragons left to kill? ( I am a good character, so I won't kill Adalon)

You could try killing the lich in the inn at the city gate (behind a hidden door), you get experience, ring of ivisibility, a load of wands and the daystar (+2 normal, +4 against evil).
|
I already killed that lich, and my party is thus:
Me-level 13 conjurer Minsc-level 11 Valygar-level 12 Yoshimo-level 15 Jahiera-level 10/12 Keldorn-level 10 |
I take it your on chapter 3 then. If you are you might as well go for it!
|
you need casters. and lots of negative planes protection for the damn vamps
|
I plan on having one of my tanks ( jaheira) wear the amulet of power, and try to whack Bodhi. Is Bodhi immune to +2 weapons? I have equipped Jahiera with Belm.
|
Level wise, you are ready to go already, and if you are planning to get Imoen, it would be best to go now.
If you are not planning to get Imoen, then stick around in Chapter 3 and do everything that can be done. |
Also, even if you're not getting Imoen, I like to leave a couple of big quests like the Unseeing Eye till after you get Imoen, because when you're higher levels you get harder monsters to fight, so more experience and more fun battles. For instance, if you do the Unseeing Eye before you go, there is a battle with some ghouls and skeleton warriors. But if you do it after, the battle now has ghouls, more skeleton warriors, and a lich

When I was soloing, I did the Cult of the Unseeing Eye Quest and the Temple Ruins Quest after around level 20ish in Chapter 3, imagine my surprise when I had to fight Greater Mummies, Skeleton Warriors and a Lich almost at every turn... ... |
But what is Bodhi immune to? And, what is the limited wish quest?
|
uh-humm... Since i never completed bg2 soa i have to aks one thing..
When I finished the game can I continue playing (like in diablo2) ? can't I battle other ppl with my CP and my party? Is there any reason to continue playing? |
you can't continue bu there is a lot of replay value and an add on where you can import you party you completed SoA with and continue to a new story
