Anyone up for the return of the survivor pool?

Either PM me or go ahead and get that post count up. I will get a draw set up if we can get enough people. We can do it like last time if we do not get enough people where we can get 2 survivors. [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]

You must have not been around for the last Survivor pool. Or maybe you have never turned your tv on. Survivor is one of the biggest reality shows out there. Out wit out last. If still need help google. ;)

Count me in as well, although I feel they are running too many Survivors too close together. The last one just ended what feels like I'd say a month to me. If they keep it up I'm going to get sick of em. For instance, I didn't even watch much of the last Survivor or TAR because I wasn't ready for another one already.

But because I skipped most of those last "seasons," now I'm ready again, especially with TAR being an all-stars. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Oh cool. Hmmm, OK Liliana's not a bad one, she looks like she could be tough. AND she put "no favorite" under Favorite Cereal which makes her a rebel! [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]

Michelle, from her bio, doesn't appear to be worth much athletically (although she does eat Basic 4 cereal!), but she probably will turn out to be a really sweet gal though.

Stacy seems pretty much like Michelle, but perhaps more high maintenance (Kashi Strawberry Field cereal, uh huh). :D

Yau-Man is probably the least athletic of the entire cast LOL.

Hey Sylvia turned out to be pretty resourceful!

I still can hardly recognize my girls cause they all look the same and don't stand out much yet. But Yo-Man! turned out to be not so much of a weakling as I originally though reading his bio.

I agree I hope he is the silent killer. I mean he was the guy that opened the box.

Man exile island looks creepy. So many snakes. ;)

Yeah they call em water snakes but they are all on land from what I have seen, what's up with that LOL? And are they venomous? Wonder if they could be used as food for those unfortunate ones that wind up on Exile Island?

Sorry for the late entry here... I was on the road Thursday, and we didn't watch until last night.

Nice way to start the game... all together, building alliances, and then driving them apart. Poor Sylvia... she got screwed on this one. Identified as the leader, meaning target on back, and then... whammo! Off to exile to join the losing tribe and the lousy conditions. And there's no idol!

Anyway, I decide to revive my Bonehead awards from two seasons ago, just 'cause I felt like something different [img]smile.gif[/img]

This past week, in no particular order...

• One prize goes to Sylvia... responding to "What's askew mean, for us stupid folks?" with "It means that it's not orthoganal"... I've seen intense discussions on orthoganality, and I *STILL* have no clue what it means. And I'm not even sure I know how to spell it ;) Let those dumb people feel dumber...</font>
• Dreamz... "Who's white here? All the white people raise your hands" Okay, what interesting plants and substances has he found already? Not exactly the way to win friends and influence people...</font>
• Rocky... getting into that holler fight with Dreamz while everyone else is trying to get some sleep. Hollering about someone else hollering and keeping you from sleeping... doing the exact same thing... must have left his logic in his other brain.</font>

Now that we've had an episode, I finally looked at my crew... Mookie reminds me of the tough guy fighter in those Van Damme movies... the big guy who's a great fighter until Van Damme knocks him around. Hopefully he plays better.

And Gary? My, oh my... we're not in Kansas any more, Toto. Should be interesting to see how he adapts.

Erica... looked hopeful, but when your first three-person alliance gets shot down on the first vote, it don't look good [img]graemlins/nono.gif[/img] At least she knew it wasn't going to go well, which means she's not on the outside... Interesting that all three of the alliance members voted for three different people. Guess that alliance never really got off the ground...

As for Earl... I'll need to pay attention to him. Next time, honest [img]smile.gif[/img]


And finally, the snakes... poisonous. However, chop off the head, grill it, and it's food. Just don't eat the venom sacs...

But I have to say I really want dreamz to win. I mean the guy has had it ruff. When you come to Survivor and eat more then you did at home says something.

I really wanted the other team to win. They still have no fire. Looks like on the next show that they will get it. But they have nothin I mean nothin. And the fact that the other team has everything is just plain wrong. I feel they both should have nothin. Not like the old days where they are throwin off a boat.

TO be off topic. Lady Z I can not get to your Beauty and the geek link here at work. I really want to kill that girl that lost. No change after all that time with the geeks. Felt sad for star wars boy though. ;)

What did you think about the whole thing?

I like Dreamz too now that I heard his story. Oh and it was neat the found pineapple. Is this the first Survivor where they had pineapple? I was glad when they found that because as you mentioned, they got nothin! Usually they at least get water but I guess this time around they decided to have the rich/poor situations.

Missed last week, and caught the last half of this week's. I think the decision to keep the good camp was foolish... probably boneheaded. Give up the numbers advantage? No thank you... it's not individual yet.

Interesting of Dreamz to stir up the pot, though, and call the slackers out. And he didn't pay for it... [img]smile.gif[/img]

Well giving up the good camp. In my mind was smart. I really think this camp is the main reason why they are winning so much. Getting better sleep. And comfort. And winning is bring food from challenges. So to lose one to save more is not that bad. But this is just a theory.

Ok this is getting a little un-fair in my mind. At least there are going to shake it up next week. I like it when they do that. Takes all currnet alliances and destroys them. ;)

It definitely should be interesting next time. A little shake-up never hurts the game, just the alliances... [img]smile.gif[/img]
