Lord of the Rings were excellent, but I quite enjoy Pshyco's as well. (Not the screeching violins, but the stuff at the beginning, in the opening credits.)

I always liked Live and Let Die from the Bond movie of the same name...

Anyone ever see a movie and think they should've included a specific song in the soundtrack that wasn't there? When I saw the movie "Ray" (the Ray Charles story) I couldn't believe they left out his rendition of America the Beautiful...

I loved all the LOTR music as well, and several of the others that have been mentioned.

"The Exorcist" is a personal favourite of mine.

So is THE "Terminator 1&2" theme song...kicks all kinds of ass.

Eye of the Tiger really gets people pumped up, well skinny white guys at least, not too mention any and all italians of whose so marvelous and highly exceptional race i call my own. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Well outa that list I'd say Eye of the Tiger.

Bladerunner soundtrack by Vangelis - the most atmospheric music I know, and it perfectly matches the mood and feel of the film.

From the list you gave:

The action on the screen ties in perfectly with the classical track.

O Fortuna (Carmina) - Excalibur

Again, the musical score integrates perfectly with the cavalry charge.

The apocalypse now theme is not the Ride of the Valykries, it is the Doors, This is the End, the other is just background music in a scene.
