WHY DID THEY MAKE ANOTHER GIANT SNAKE MOVIE??? Who wants to watch this?

Dude alot of people want to watch it, it might not be good but i bet it will be entertaining and sometimes thats all a movie has to be just fun to watch.

Yeah, I saw the ads. 100 ft long, 1200 lbs, 150 ft/second (over 100 mph). In other words, a physical and scientific impossibility.

What an awful, awful movie. Are they trying to build off the non-existent success of the first bust? Btw, I agree about the terrible CGIs and the physical impossibility of it. Really, how much crap do they think we will swallow? ;)

I can't believe anyone would pay ten bucks to see this in theatres. It doesn't even look like it's a bad movie in an amusing way (IMO, of course, which is practically worthless to anyone but me :D ). It just looks plain bad. Although some masochists may see it for fun... I'll pass.

But on the serious side, I suppose some people do actually swallow movies like this...I mean, my stepfather actually was in favor of buying "Python" which I'm pretty sure was a straight to VHS tape knockoff of "Anaconda." He also likes every Steven Segal movie ever made, though, and claims that they don't all have the exact same plot...sooooo I'm not sure if he counts....

in the first one I was hoping the snake would eat J-LO :D I am bad I know, but I just do not like her [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] is she going to be in the second? and are the odds in favor of her being eaten if she is? or perhaps I can pretend that it already did :D

Didn't they have a movie called Anaconda a few years ago? Seriously, if you want to watch a giant snake, crocodile, bug, or any other movie like that, just watch the Sci-fi channel, they have them on everyday [img]tongue.gif[/img]

The only good thing about the first one was that the minorities actually survived (usually they are the first ones killed off in "horror" movies, and I use that term loosely when describing the first one). At least the first one had Jon Voight (completely wasted in the movie, but he still showed up). I saw the trailer for the second one, and thought "you have to be kidding me." The first movie sucked bad, and you are spending tons of money advertising the sequel like the first one never happened (like we'd forget or something)? The only thing that could probably make it worse is starting it off with that David Hasselhoff video right at that beginning of the movie (or using that rap album he is working on with Ice-T as the soundtrack).
