so shadowhound you never answered my questions about which games you were referring to (I listed the enemes for each non-sega game system that had a spiderman game) that has to be worth extra points.

<font face="Verdana" size="3" color="#00FF00">Question 8 I am not sure about. I don't want to give up the answer so I will wait until the results are posted then explain my choice.

I have only guessed at the PS2 and games questions so I probably have gotten them wrong. The rest were not bad as any you are unsure about can be found with a little research.

I also have a problem with Question 1 as there are several answers to the bonus question. I don't want to explain anything but he has teamed up with several, even his worst enemy at one point. But there is one (actually two if you take away the Hyde personality) on the list that isn't really a villain and I think that this might be the one you are actually refering to. In another case (the case of the alter ego or Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde) the Jeckle version is an ally of spiderman and helped him on several occassions, and the Mr. Hyde version who is totally evil and hates spiderman. </font>

The Spiderman 1 game I referred to was the one for X-Box but I gave you the point for the info you gave me anyway.

The bonus points were originally going to be given for telling me which one was not really a villain but if anyone gave me the name of a villian that had worked alongside spiderman I gave them the points. Since I doubt many people will take this test I will post the answers now.

c) Superman (Although I have recently discovered there was a situation in which spiderman fought alongside superman again Lex Luther and a spiderman villian [who I have now forgotten] most people got this anyway)

Spidey teamed up with Superman twice. The first time was against Lex Luthor and Doctor Octopus. The second time was against Dr Doom and the Parasite. The second team-up also featured Wonder Woman and the Hulk. Superman got to go a few rounds with the Hulk, who was going nuts because of a microscopic device buzzing in his ear. He would follow the sound, trying to smash it, taking out buildings along the way (it was Doctor Doom behind this). Superman fought Hulk and buried him under a building. Hulk seemed to be unconcious and Superman went to dig him out. Hulk was fooling him though and punched "Stupid Cape-man", sending him flying across the city, where he hit the ground unconcious. Spidey was going to try to face off against the Hulk when Superman came back. Landing in front of the Hulk he said "you got me by surprise last time, but this time I'm ready. And when I'm ready, no force on earth can move me." Hulk started pounding him, but Superman stood there unmoving, looking bored and hoping Hulk would tire himself out. hulk just got madder and thus stronger. Superman had to start blocking blows and then started falling back under the attack and "the outcome of the strange duel was suddenly in doubt". Then Superman spotted the buzzing machine and crushed it. Hulk relaxed and turned back into Banner. But that settled the argument for me about who is stronger. In normal conditions, it is Superman, but as I always believed, Hulk would get stronger than Superman when angry. [img]smile.gif[/img]

- I said the Human Torch for number 8. I gave myself that point because I owned a comic were Spiderman and Superman teamed up. So as far as I know there was no real answer to give for number 8.

- I know the Human Torch made a few apparances in Spiderman Comics but I don't know if he ever really teamed up with him (Only Spiderman and the Human Torch). Someone please refresh my memory on this.

for those old timers who remember systems older than the Playstation(1 or 2) or x-box, this was my answer to the vid game question.

Are we talking about the nes, SNES, sega, gameboy, the sega handheld that was out at the same time as the gameboy and had color, or the PS game?

The Nes lacked the tarantula, gameboy lacked the tarantula, and vulture, Snes lacked tarantula and vulture (but had the Owl), never played the sega games so I can't say. There were two other SNES games Maximum Carnage and Seperation Anxiety, based on popular comic series in which the primary villain was Carnage (and Spidey teamed up with Venom) and lacked any of the villains listed (although there were shocker type villains) and for the playstation there was no Tarantula (another guess since I never got the game)

I have the spiderman sega game and it has a large range of villians in it, including doctor octapus, green goblin, sandman, The Lizard and others.
