G'day gentlemen and warriors

I have just downloaded the portrait pack, suggested in the how to join thread. where do i unzip it to and do i unzip and add or unzip and replace?

Ziroc 06-19-2006 03:22 AM

if there is no directory called "Portraits" in the Neverwinter Nights\NWN\portraits dir, make one, and unpack em in there.

Make sure they unpack in it, and not in a subdir IN the portraits dir..

Let me know if ya get it working!!

"client and server version do not match." I am v1.66 do i need to update?

Current version is 1.67.

Just run the game and click "update" on the menu.

Did you also get the absolute grandest .hak files ever that Z released recently? You'll need that as well.

"could not load module missing required custom talk table "arnaden-cepv2.tlk"

and I can not continue :(

Help!!!!!

robertthebard 06-19-2006 10:26 PM

Look in your hak file, and move all the files with the .tlk extension to the .tlk folder.

Do you have the Arnaden hak at all?

T-D-C 06-20-2006 06:32 PM

make sure you have the extra hak

It can be downloaded Here

Hmmmm perhaps these can now be merged into one download for ease of use ?

Just the one problem now concerning the portrait mod. Are we sure that the folder should be called portrait dir

or is the folder got to be place inside another folder?

Never mind, I worked it out. The folder title should just be 'portrait'

Thanks guys for your help .... and see you under the mountain

It's incredible, how much detail there is and I LOVE that it's not all buildings and dungeons without people like some mods can be...much more realistic this way!
