Hey Guys,

The Rumble in the mountain is on.

Here are the dates and Rules.

Date: Friday 3rd - Saturday 4th of Dec
Time: Exact time to be announced
Location: Escape From Undermountain Server - Level 1 PvP arena

General Tournament Rules: There will be two sections to the tournament.

1) Anything goes Battle Royal - Massive all in brawl. Think Royal Rumble, Think battle royal in Melee Magthere. For this match we have a limit of 5 healing potions per person. Clerics can memorise as many healing spells that they want (though this may take away from there offensive/defensive capabilities). All Spells, all special abilities, all items. Last person standing.

2) Special Challange Match

Got someone either friend or foe? By posting to this thread you can laydown a challange to that person. Once the challange has been accepted you can decide on the rules and I will add you to the card.

Rules:

1)If you are dead you are dead. No resurrection spells, no respawning. When you die you must hit the Wait for help button and wait until the battle is over.

2)The XP and other prizes for this battle will be given by the DM (Ziroc) He will award points for creative kills as well. This means using things such as Called shot, darkness spells, Knockdown, Taunt etc.

3)No Spamming of Items. This means for example if you have a certain necklace of unlimited IGMS (Issacs Greater Missle Storm) that you can not just stit back and blast it all day. Doing so will get you disqualified. Both Ziroc and I will be watching and in some cases playing as well :D

Well thats it. Depending on the load on the server and advice from Ziroc we may have a cutoff on the amount of people on for this day. We may even make it a password only.

still Hoping to join in on the fun! they got the cable back up and I'm on line but every 10 min or so I get the cable interupt message Adelphia cable sucks .
I'm going to try to get my black guard up to power and if I do then stand back. He is only level 11 right now but he took out a deagon on lvl 11 this morning so at lvl 40 I think your all in for some trouble HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I say just bring it. One of my characters (who I may sub in) has a total AC of 91 and is not at level 40 yet.

if I do come, I am either bringing Sadie or Natashia, not quite sure yet.

I thought i should inform you that my attendance is questionable, see it falls on my birthday and im not sure if people are planning ne thing...

I am begining to think that Rumble is not going to get off to a good start....hope you have ahappy birthday anyway....lol

The grudge match would be fun, but I'm more into RolePlaying than PowerGaming, so don't expect to see me at the Rumble.

The would be winner of the rumble, Trenson Gulweaver AKA Mercc, must pull out because of my work schedule. Alas being an out of work COBOL programmer means I am working in a bookstore and therefore must work some evenings. And yes I do want to return to the computer field. Working days resting nights, weekends off. I really miss it.

EDIT: As we only have 4 people as defiantes for the moment it looks like we "may" be cancelling. Please still turn up. If we get over 6 people turn up (some may not have registered) then it will still be on.

If not we can do a party run down the mountain or something like that.

Hi Everyone.

I am EXTREMLY sorry to say that the Rumble will not abe able to happen this weekend. The story goes that my wife and I have been looking for a house over the past few weeks and have found a few that we really like.

Unfortuantly the only time for inspection will be this saturday (which will be friday night for most of you)

This means that im going to pull out of the tournament.

Do not fret this is not the end. This tournament is an idea that I'm determined to see off the ground.

Stay tuned for further details like a date change (though this close to Christmas it my be hard)
