1) When I am in Meldanen's estate, how can I free the dryad and find the key to the food storeroom without killing Meldanen?

2) Are there any (heterosexual) romances for female characters? If so, with whom and where do I find these partners?

u will have to battle meldanen but he will surrender and give u the key

I tried that, but his damned bug kept attacking Sharwyn, so I went over and killed it, and he attacked me again. So I killed him. I'm interested in the romance question, also.
