Actually some retailers may have gotten thier shipments in as early as friday and most will see it on monday IF it shipped by 6-14 for release on 6-18. I plan on picking up my copy at Sam Goody on Monday afternoon if that is the case. Of course I had to ask the Manager and she couldn't %100 gaurantee it would be there, but I had to try! I heard other people talking about the early shipments, as early as friday and saturday, but I think the personnel in the stores are getting confused with the game and the strategy books. The books are shipping earlier than the games, but supposedly the game is not shipping until the 18th at the earliest.

So make sure you ask the store people whether it's the books or the game, otherwise you might drive recklessly to the store for no reason.

I think I'll drive recklessly to the store monday on the way home from work just in case :D People better get the hell out of my way, look out for the black Dodge!

AW SHIT! I called Best Buy about possible early release and i almost cried (not really). I did call though and they wont release it intil THURSDAY!! They werent getting a shipment until then. While MediaPlay across the street already is sold out. I wish i didnt ■■■■■■■ put a $10 deposit at Best Buy to pre-order my copy. Damn...well... 86 hrs 13 min 58 sec.

well i called Best Buy again and the shipment comes in 5 o'clock tonight. i'm okay with waiting until then, just not until Thursday.

I saw the $10 deposit at Best Buy here as well, but I wasn't going to waste the money when I could go hunting for it....which is half the battle, and makes it more interesting. Although I was not aware that the game was being shipped out as earlier than the 18th. Nonetheless, I am scouring the town in search of it...however I have not had much luck as of late. But determination is a virtue! Patience is just a bi-product.

I'm debating whether I should try to "make the run" tonight or not. Only place I figure that I can get the game tonight is Electronics Boutique. Damn Landmark Mall for taking out all software stores! And CompUSA I doubt has it yet, they lag on release dates. Only EB left closest to me is about half hour away in horrible traffic. Hate to travel there to find them all sold out (I can picture the line as I type this LOL). Hmmm, dilemma dilemma. :D

Well, my EB here in Lakeland, Florida says tomorrow (19th) so.... I was SO hoping for it today.. (sigh)...

I know this much, it's on 3 CD's, 200ish page manual, a small cloth map and I think that's it. STILL worth it 100000%.

Bioware always does a good job at manuals. (the ringbound ones)

Well I got a call from my EB store yesterday sayign I could pick it up around noon today. Which is about when they get their FedX shipmetn in.

I guess that you all will be a day ahead ofme, as I'm getting it from Amazon on one-day delivery. But, I live in East bum-(that word that Z doesn't want us to use) so I couldn't get into town before the weekend. Z, was it like this when ToB or SoA came out?
