Hi all,

I used to play W&W quite a lot some time ago, but alas.. annoyances in the form of work and a social life kept me from finishing it. :/ Anyway, yesterday I'd thought I'd give the game a go once more, but I found the 1024x786 resolution scaling quite horribly on my monitor.

Now, I've read there's an unofficial patch somwhere that supposedly fixes this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? All the links I've found are dead!

Well, I can't locate such a patch anywhere. :( I'm very good at searching with google and came up with nothing after doing several different types of searches and wading through lots and lots of pages.

Hope someone around here knows where it may be found if it is still out there somewhere. As you already noted, most of the links that were for it no longer work.

The only practical suggestion until such a patch can be found is to lower your resolution.

I've PMd Majin to see if he can get it to me. Perhaps we can get Ziroc to host it along with the other patch... it's apparently not too big.

I believe the original patch is already hosted here. Would be a very good addition to have the other too!! :D

I just emailed it to him and asked if he would host it. It isn't big so that shouldn't be a problem. As soon as I hear that it is hosted on Ironworks, I'll update the URLs. ;)
