Could you peoples help me with names and some roles certain people should take I cant't come up with any its taking all my time up bease we only get a certian amount of time on our computer. Plez help

One thing I do while I'm creating characters, rather than think of a name for them then, I name them "A", "B", "C", "D", deleting the ones I don't want, etc. The ones I keep I decide to rename them on the basis of the letter they had. For example, "C" may become "Carlisle" or "J" may become "Justinian". It's a hoot when I end up with "Q" or "X" as a keeper! http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

I think of the names of characters from books I've read (Tolkien's books always seems to be a good choice) or from other games I've played. If I try to come up with my own, it sounds really stupid. I only have major trouble with pixie names (what, other than this game, has pixie or fairy creatures? Peter Pan?)

I named one group after some friends of mine.

Another is based on a long running series of jokes among my friends.

LOL, Saz! That's a good idea!

How about using randomly chosen letters and/or numbers? That would be pretty weird, but fun.

You could choose historical names, like MacArthur, or famous people, like Jerry Lewis(LOL), Theatrical names, like Frankenstein, cartoon characters, like Charlie Brown(LOL)...the looney possibilities are endless!!

OOOOOOOoooo...How about the names of the Seven Dwarves?(minus one, at least)

Hmmm...you could get a book of fairy tales, and choose names that you like from those.

I just saw the "The Princess Bride" again. Billy Crystal, Mandy Patinkin, et. al. Very funny-I think I'll use "Buttercup" for a future character. Heeheeee.

I also like to use anagrams of names. If you're good at anagrams, you can try that. For example, Temrik is an anagram of "Kermit". Chemille is an anagram of "Michelle". Sometimes you can come up with some good ones that way.
