Ive finished all the quests in the Sev Hand, well except for the potion. What should I do with the potions (demon bloods, virulent and bonding)?
|
You talk to the drow matron mother on the fourth floor (Riki?)... she will tell you that the guards on this floor are too much for even you to handle, but she will tell you how to make a poison to kill 'em all...
I don't know exactly, as I had already been in there and stirred 'em up (now that is a battle) so I couldn't do it. If you have already killed them then just throw the stuff away |
There's a room on the second floor (I think) with a half-dragon woman and an alchemy lab. A diplomatic character can get her permission to mix the stuff on the lab table. Then you talk to the cook on the fourth floor about the guard food supply, and put the poison in it.

HOW???
And oh, i forgot, SPOILA |
How what? How to make poison? You just put the three items in the table and take the poison back.
How to poison food? Click on the food sacks and take the poison from your inventory and put it in there. <center>Nightowl2</center> |
I can't make the poison for some reason. My wizard has over a 20 alchemy skill level. He put the three ingredients on the table and nothing happens.
Is there a way to activate the lab? Like in Dragons eye? Help is definitely needed here. |
You don't get any special message that the potion is mixed. You just put the three ingredients in, then open the table again and take out the poison.
Of course, you also have to put in the three correct ingredients. You need the bonding agent, the virulent agent, and either the real demon blood or the fake demon blood. That's really all there is to it; no fancy tricks here. <center>Nightowl2</center> |
Nightowl, I must have a bug or something. I've got the three correct ingredients, put them on the lab table. Clicked off, clicked back on, same ingredients still there.
Left the room, came back, same ingredients still there? WTF! Help? |
Are you sure you are putting them in the right table????
|
Micah, I'm in the room with the half dragon woman and the chimera. They agreed to let me use the lab. I'm getting pissed though, so I may just kill them.
|
You are in the right room, and far as I know, there's only one "mixing table" in there, but did you check for another, just in case?
This is really weird, no one else has had this problem before. If you can't get the stuff made, I'll be happy to give you the cheat console code for the potion and you can continue on from there. As an aside, it is not absolutely necessary to make the potion. You can always walk into the dorm room and just kill all the guards. <center>Nightowl2</center> |
There is only one correct mixing table, but there are actually three tables where you can put stuff in. The correct table is the one at the top on the right. Your alchemy skill is MORE than high enough.
I have seen some scattered posts over on the Interplayforums where some people were having the same trouble, but I don't recall whether this was an alchemy skill issue or not. You might check them out. |

You might check them out. You may just have to use the CLUAconsole code as Nightowl suggests if all else fails. Nightowl is right, there is only one mixing table - had this confused with someplace else for a minute. |
If I remember well, I always did it with my paladin, who obviously does not have alchemy.
|
When you talk to Riki, she will want you to make a poison. If your talker is a paladin, you will refuse to make a poison and Riki will tall you to make a sleeping potion.
If you're supposed to make the poison, use the demon's blood. But if you're supposed to make the sleeping potion, use the tainted demon's blood. |
