She HAS the baby at her back. She tell you when she ask if she can stay even with the child.

She say somethind like: "I will carry him on my back, like Avariel mothers always do."

I get answer like 10 months in game, or 9 hours in real time, or some other crappy answer, BUT, what I need is two confirmations:

1.Will she ever bear the child? In normal game play mode. (not with some other game add-on's)

2.When, starting from when she say she is pregnant, will she bear the child?? (so that I could see the child inside the inventory.)

Yes, she will give birth to her child in the Original TOB game.

I don't know exactly how long it take, but it take a lot of time. If you don't want to wait you could go in shadowkeeper. Once she is pregnant you will see a new variable that look something like this:

AERIEPREGNANT 55252523

It is a timer, you could try changing the number to 1.
