(newbie) , so i got Viconia in my party early ,,before the slavers actually,,one game i was nice ,,second game i was mean ,,but in both games ,, during Windspear or soon thereafter,,she would say i was coward and would as soon see me in battle the next time i saw her,and would leave my party ,dont care about the rep pts,, i want her as my cleric,, any ideas or tips would be appreciated. thx

Well, you generally have to be harsher to her, I think, than ones such as Aerie. I'd assume it was a dialoge option in the romance you picked.

You said you didn't care about the rep points but made no mention of their status. If your rep is too high, she *will* leave the party... Says something about being through with your snivelling, cowardly presence, and if you meet again it will be in battle. Did that happen?

Doesn't matter when you pick her up, but what you do with her in the party.

Just for clearness' sake: I'm having a real hard time figuring out what you're trying to say with the lack of capital letters and excessive use of comma's. Could you try and make your posts a little more readable? Thanks!

Nice? mean? you mean in dialogue, right? Well, dialogue will affect her remaining in your group I'm sure, then again I don't know. It could just as easily only affect the possiblities of a romance with her. However, as stated, whether you care about the rep points or not is moot. The fact is Viconia care's a great deal about rep points. Particularly if they get too high. The more popular and liked you are by the rest of the world, the less she'll want to be anywhere near you. Being an evil character she will leave when you make too many Good alligned quest decisions. Do your best to maintain a ballanced middle of the road Rep. and she'll stick around. If you start seeing prices go down in shops, she'll probably run off on you.

[img]graemlins/1ponder.gif[/img] ) I'll leave my error out in the open for everyone to see. As a non-native speaker I think I'm doing alright, though. You should see my first posts here, they were full of grammatical errors. It just pains me sometimes to see them (as well as my first signature, which is just horrible! :D ).

I expect your English is better than my Dutch and Flemish. Anyway it is one of the most common mistakes for native English speakers. :D
