The Big Picture mod makes me want to go back to playing some good ol' BG2. :D

It combines different huge BG2 mods to make one massively modded game. There's a recently made manual that gives specific information about the mods and how to install them. I found nothing wrong with it except that Baldur's Gate is typed 'Baulders Gate' everywhere. :confused:

I know that the mod would ultimately mean LOTS of downloading(possibly over 1 Gig :eek: ) but the final result looks to be awesome.


What do you guys think of this mod?

where do u get this mod at...i searched google and turned up alot of forum results from peopel who have been playing it.

You get it from a place... lol...

"Drool" is not the bodily fluid that I would be putting on BP.

Ok, I just had two guesses from that.

The first one, and I'm not happy that it's the first idea I got, would mean that you should probably keep away from modding for a while. :D

The second one, which is definitely more likely to be true, would mean that you don't like BP at all. Why is that?

As I hint at above, the writing quality in a fair bulk of the BP content is... sub par. It's a case of quantity over quality. If you're not fussy about mod content, then it'll do fine, but if you like professional-quality material that blends seamlessly into the game, then look elsewhere.

I understand what you're saying but I've played BGII so much that I'm tired of the ordinary game, so lots of content appeals to me. Though there's the issue of the quality of the material and then game balance(I can imagine my characters could become lvl 20 before entering Underdark with BP). That being said, do you have any other suggestions for one who's searching for enough extra content to keep me playing?

ok so i got teh big picture mod...all it did was screw up the game...got a big blue screen saying media removed enter cd 5...so i uninstalled the whole game now im just gunna stick with TDD 1.0.3
