I have the Rhynn Lanthorn and i must get his to Elhan but I can't find Elhan near his camp outside the underground Dungeon Drow :(

If I recall correctly, He's not where you first meet him. He's in another camp to the south.

Nope, Elhan should be in the Elven Camp, alive and kicking. Snoop around a bit more, check out everything and everyone in the encampment. Maybe you missed him out.

Otherwise, I'm afraid you've encountered a bug. Do you have recent save?

If he's truly not anywhere in the map area, you can CLUA him in. You'll need to have the Cheats enabled (ask if you don't know about this), and his creature name is 'C6ELHAN'.

Sixofspades I should be very grateful if you can tell me about Cheats. I don't know anything about this and particularly about "C6ELHAN"

All you have to do is open the baldur.ini file in a text editor program such as Wordpad or Notepad or something close.
Then you add the line "DebugMode=1", which enables you to use cheats.

Then, you start the game, and in your bugged game you type the following:
CLUAConsole:AddCreature("C6ELHAN")

This should add the missing Elhan to your game allowing you to continue the storyline.

Oh - Six, can you please tell me how you get all these codes? I've been searching forever for a complete list of CLUA-commands, but to no avail.. :(

Clarification on Link's post.

Open up baldur.ini in Notepad or something similar. Look for the lines that say "Program Options" and "Game Options." Write in "Debug Mode = 1" and "CheatKeys = 1" right after those lines.
(I keep forgetting if those are supposed to go under Program or Game options, so I just do both. Overkill still works.)

Then, start up BG2, travel to the Underdark Exit, and hit Ctrl-Space. This brings up a new little text bar, where you can type CLUA commands. You should say:
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("c6elhan")
Make sure it is exactly as you see it above. Capitalization does not matter between the quotation marks, but it does in the rest of the command.
Then hit Enter, of course. Elhan will appear standing next to your main character. It might help if you do this right outside the door of a tent that's kind of near the bottom left of the screen, because that's where Elhan is supposed to be. Look around for some Elven War Sages, that's Elhan's tent.

Link, I got Elhan's creature code by looking up his CRE file in Shadowkeeper and ruling out the other Elhans that were probably not the correct one. Or did you mean a list of ALL possible CLUA commands?

You only need Debug Mode=1 under [Program Options] . Note the spaces - one between "Debug" and "Mode", none around the = . The other line that can work is Cheats=1 under [Game Options].

Link, Six, Lennon...many, many tanks for your help. I have find Elhan now but, after speaking with him, I can't still see Souldanesseler City :?
Elhan goes away and I remain in the same map. I look for Souldanesseler in the other three forest maps but....nothing!!!!! :'((

The enterance to Suldanesselar(or whatever) is in the forrest of Tethyr... if that sounds like an answer to your question...(?)

dattj, your game is seriously screwed way the hell up. After you finish this game, I'd suggest a complete uninstall and reinstall.

Band-Aid fix for now: Go to the Forest of Tethir. On the map of the whole area, find the two gigantic fallen trees that form a V. At the top of the right-hand branch of that V is where Elhan is supposed to be--and guess what, from the sound of it, you're going to have to CLUA him in again.

Save before you try it, though--it might not be the correct Elhan.

And guess what! After you pass through the door that isn't there yet, something tells me that you'll have to CLUA in yet another Elhan! Isn't this fun!
