Just have one question about the equation question, do the letters symbolize the same thing in all three equations? Is, for instance, y in equation #1 the same as y in equation #2?

Yes. If any of the variables or constants show up in more than one equation, you may assume that they represent the same thing each time they appear.

Um....I think you mean #14, don't you? #15 is the one with all the bodies, not dark at all. I agree that #14 is indeed rather dark, but what do you want me to do, post a doctored screenshot? It's true that some of the quality is lost in the transition from *.BMP to *.JPG, but if you turn up the Brightness on your monitor you should be fine.

Don't take it (or this Quiz) too seriously. The GBPitBSoATQ's are *supposed* to be exceedingly (but, hopefully, not *incredibly*) difficult. Getting a score of, say, 50%, does NOT equate to getting an F, nor does it mean that you suck at BG2. Come on--take a look at these questions and tell me just who the hell could get a score of 100% on this thing. I'll tell you who--Bhaal. And do you know who could score 100% and get all the extra-credit points as well? Lord Ao, the Overfather, that's who.

what i really had problems with, since i refused to use shadowkeeper, or simpson walkthru...was the stuff from bg1...I've never played it, so since some of the questions, i think used stuff from bg1, i simply couldn't answer them...

Last night when I logged off, there was only one quiz email in my inbox, so I decided to wait until I got more. Yes, you certainly do, and I don't blame them. This Quiz has some real doozies in it, such as the Genie, Cowled Wizard, and algebra questions. pcgiant and I noticed this during development, and so stuck in some easier ones (like the Name That Corpse game) to balance things out a bit.

Ah, yes, I personally feel we should listen to those voices more often. The little Gnome in my skull is better at math than I am: I was sitting in a Physics class one day, mentally priding myself at knowing the value of pi to more digits than most college students, but not far enough to be labeled a nerd. "Oh, pi?" I said to myself. "That's easy, it's 3.14159."

And then a little voice inside my head said, "....2654."

Surprised at this interruption, I rebuked, "That's nonsense. pi equals 3.14159."

I have put the 1st batch of results on the Quiz page itself, so everybody who looks at the Quiz gets to laugh and point at your pathetic scores. And pcgiant, when you add the next batch of results to the ranking, could you post those in order, according to score (ascending or descending, I don't care), so those who wish to argue over who is the better Gromnir Il-Khan may do so?
