I personnly hate Aeirie oh her whining is too much for me too bare. A sucky mage and a cleric! In fact i hate her so much that I did all her quests took all her stuff and KILLED HER! And booted her dead body outta my party.

oh and forgot to mention may her body rot in Waukeens Promenade and her soul Rot in the Abyss! (but I dobt she'd be goin there......yet)

Anomen. His pompous, self righteous drivel gets my homicidal instincts workin' overtime. It doesn't matter if i'm of good alignment either, my PC still wants to crush his skull.

i would have to say cernd.....he is a messed up tree hugger person.....i mean when ur in a forest or something he starts talkin about glowin mushrooms!
he spends way to much time in the forest and stuff.....and ditchin his wife for trees......that is whacked

Anomen gets slightly on my nerves but that's nothing to Edwin with his superioty. I'm not letting him into my party and when I see him in the Copper Cornet he's dead.

Yeah, Anomen is very annoying person, but good fighter and cleric.

Jaheira, Minsc (for even speaking with Aerie)... hmm Korgan, Edwin. Haven´t met Haerdalis or Cernd yet.

Aerie is easily my favourite NPC in the game. Such a hot packet, and good mage/cleric too. She whines a bit, but never to the point that it would be annoying.

i only put up with aerie for the romance. now lets see who else is annoying:
jaheira, stops u having a pleasurable night in the copper coronet
cernd, i think he was dropped on his head when he was a baby
i only put up with anomen cos he is an amazing cleric
yoshimo is my ultimate hate tho. i mean, wots "Lita foot and all that" supposed to mean?
And also, just for the record, i want to kill all the gnomes, drows, mind flayers, and kua-toa in underdark. some day i am gonna do that!

Seriously, I like only Mazzy (she is so charming), Korgan (he is the only dwarf), Viconia (because she is a drow, although a renegade) and big S from ToB (power, power, POWER).

i really dont understand some of you. Edwin is probaply the coolest NPC in the game(and definetly the funniest. well, maybe after Jan Jansen), and nice worg, what do you mean Minsc, who can hate Minsc(and Boo)!?!
My top 3 are

Anomen(good NPC, but very annoying)
Cernd(very disturbed, not a great NPC, though not bad either)
Aerie(again, a good NPC, but too (Suprise!)annoying and whiny)

I like Aerie for the romance, but when i'm in a mood she really does drive you up the wall!

I must say that Anomen is the most pompous, arrogant and...and...AAARGH! Seriously though, he gets some neat spells later on. My fav. has to be Minsc! He is so funny and he makes BG2 a lot of fun. Jaheira is ok, but i have never really had any reason to dislike her. What I find is a shame though, is there are no other dwarf NPC apart from Korgan. I'd quite like a good aligned dwarf.

Yeah me too I like Dwarves and the fact that there is no good one is frustrating my solution was to create a player character Dwarf beserker which rocked! I wish Yeslick was in BG2 so you could take him along instead of that pompous jerk Anomen(my least favorite character) who if like me you don't like evil aligned characters in a good party is your only cleric choice.

I automatically start to hate him because he takes Aerie as his witch. And when Aeries hit points drop a bit -> berserk -> reload. He is okay as a person, but his comments have tired me a long time.

Yoshimo (Some witty comments & is fun)
Nalia (Ordinary mage, but somehow interesting)
Valygar (Lame character, but a great warrior)
Jan (This guy has more originality than all the rest together)

by the way, the top 3 are my most hated. just in case of a misunderstanding. my top 5 most liked NPCs are

Edwin(best mage in the game and very funny too)
Jan(a very good NPC and the funniest character in the game)
Viconia(a good cleric despite the low strenght,which can always be fixed with a strenght adding item, best portrait, best voice(about tied with Edwin though), best romance options and would most likely be the sexiest character in the game too)
Minsc(serves the purpose of a tank more than well, funny too)
Sarevok(makes the ultimate tank!!!!, and he is youre brother too)

My favorite NPC to hate is the duergar dwarf in the Copper Coronet.
(He does account for being an NPC right??) I can't remember his name...but he is nothing more than a common housefly to me. Annoying and unavoidable.
Ungar was his name! I can't stand his attitude when you calmly ask him about the quest for illithium. "Hello fool, stay out of my way, will you? Healthiest thing for both of us." Jerk.

My other most hated NPCs in the party are: Jan, Jan, JAN!! One more comment... I mean one more vague and boring story about turnips...

Strangely enough I also hate that uppity nobleman Keldorn! Wife or no wife, his head should be mounted on my character's stronghold.

Viconia rules all. No drow is more lovelier than this ice cold vixen. (rrrrr...)
