Well I don't usually punch someone in the face unless they hit first (and then I don't need music ;) ) but sometimes I use music to be ready for sports [img]smile.gif[/img]

Limp Bizkit's Break Stuff and Linkin Park's Hit The Floor.

Before every rowing regatta I tended (don't do that anymore) to listen to these two songs just to get myself agressive. Fred's lyrics in Break Stuff are just super when it comes to that:

The good thing about Hit The Floor is the beginning of the song with only the guitar playing and then everything falling in.

Another great one is Falkenbach - Heathenpride

Yeah viking metal rocks [img]smile.gif[/img] I like einherjer a lot. And at times amon amarth is cool too.

While I respectfully am in love with you for your band choice, I would recommend listening to some songs on their first album, Herzeleid. Songs like "Der Meister" (The Master) and "Weisses Fleische" (White Flesh) have some ultra-fast riff concucting magic going on. Plus it has my favourite song, "Das Alte Leid" (The old wrong)... Ich will fickennnn... fickennn.... fickken....... fickennn.... DAS ALTE LEIIIIDDD!!!! :D

So yeah, I nominate Rammstein - Der Meister. Fastest pulsating riff ever.
