Can you not use color in your sig text? Every time I try it, it just erases itself and goes back to plain.

:D |
I've tried it as well but it doesn't work. I could have type colourful sig text. :(

If it was disabled, it must of been done recently, because i remember a few days ago Annatar had his sig white.. but now its all plain :(

Perhaps we should look further into this...

<font color="gold">Just to clarify: You cannot use HTML in your sig, and it have been that way for as long as I remember. The reason why Annatar's sig was white was probably that he forgot to add the closing-tag in his message. If you don't add the closing-tag, the sig will become the same color, but it will also mess up the board's HTML, so it is not recommended. ;) </font>

If you leave it open all the text will be colored white (in my case), you should always close your html tags because it can happen that those un-closed htmls can mix in with other peoples posts (like white color mixing in with your plain post, making your post half white half plain You should always close a tag, I probably made a typo when closing it (something like this < /font> ) So that wasn't something related to Sigs and colours in sigs, just an mistake from my side ;) [add] Damn you Sir! :D </font> [ 04-16-2003, 06:26 PM: Message edited by: Annatar ] |
