I know I am not the only one, but I keep getting e-mails from porn sites. If they have the link to unsubscribe I do so; however, many of them have no link to unsubscribe. I have tried sending a reply to the e-mail address they give, but that more often than not returns to me as undeliverable.

Is there any way to get these people to stop sending these e-mails to my e-mail addy?

Do you have a hotmail or yahoo account? If so, you could set a filter to sift out unwanted junk mail or mail that contains certain words...

Block every last one of them. Keep that up for three months or so, and they'll leave you alone...

I can't do either of those things. I have a tgeweb.com e-mail address. There is neither a filter or a way to block. Any other suggestions?

Responding to the e-mails of "unsubscribe" do nothing. In fact, they "do" let the bots know there is a live person on the other end of that signal they send out, and not an invalid address. I read somewhere that you do not respond to the unsubscribe option. I also have the tgeweb account, and get that stuff all the time.

Well, actually I have had good success with the unsubscribe. But you know then that we have no way to block or filter. Or is there a feature of tgeweb.com mail that I don't know about.

I mean there must be some way to get these people to leave you alone.

The tgeweb email is a pop3 one, right? You can block emails using them, too. In Outlook.

Outlook filter's are a lot more powerful, but sadly, my outlook is not in english, so I would have lots of trouble giving you step by step instructions.

And there are software available that lets you "bounce" the spam from you server before you receive them. That way the company who sent the spam mail will think that your email address does not exist.

Well, does anybody know how I would do this with POP? I am not very techy.
