Ok i kicked out Imoen when i got her due to her whinning and i recently got Aerie. Who do u think is better Jaheira or Aerie?
My team consists of me( fighter/thief), Minsc, Yoshimo, Jaheira and Aerie

Jaheira and Aerie are different - Aerie is great because she has both Mage spells and Cleric spells and can gain levels in both classes, Jaheira is a great Druid and also quite good at fighting, either with range weapons or in melee.

You kicked out Imoen and picked up Aerie? How far into the game are you? Did you see Imoen again?

Jahiera and Aerie are totally different types of characters. Why not keep them both for a while. (You only have five characters, and you can take six.) and find out what each one does before making a decision.

Jahiera is a good fighter, healer and at disrupting enemy mages. Aerie is a good healer and adept at magic. Keep them both until you find a seventh character.

JJaheria is THE best mage killer. DO NOT dump her

she is neutral, that means she can fit in any aligment party.

she can cast spells insect plague, OH MY GOD! every battle against harpers, my jan jansen could cast magic freely without worrying about cowled wizard come and kick his ass. that spell is definately overrated for level 4. at the end, no cowled wizard come to me any more, heh, I slew the last group of wizards, they had names like Zheheir (something like that, boy, it was the hardest, and it happenecd that the last group of harpers were on my tail at the same time. took me 5 times to beat them)

she can be a healer if you are tired of cleric

about fighter part, she can get good AC easily and a decent number of attacks with a belm + 2.

overal, she is good! but her personality sucks. too strongminded, a typical woman. I will not be surprised if she got into a fight with Adalon the silver dragon. (same personality)
