i was thinking...Is tere a site or something to find replay's or so called "demo's" to see how players defeat on their way opponents or just kick ass in games? anyone knows? Or Does anyone know a programm that can record??

Not that I know of, no. I think replays became popular and used in later games.

BG is a bit young, but then again, I've seen them for games like Super Mario and Zelda. I think the main thing is that the game varies VASTLY in regards to your party makeup, playing style, hell, even your mood!

I found what is supposedly a BG2 Replay torrent the other day. It is several .avi files, but it can't find any seeders. http://hfboards.com/images/smilies/dunno.gif

EDIT: It is a good idea, and if someone could suggest the tools with which to do it, I wouldn't be opposed to taping some of my games, even though 90% of them don't get to chapter 3. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I actually have a speed run-through of BG1 here, never seen one for BG2 though :(

Use a screen capture program. FRAPS comes to mind.

TNX dundee! Iv'e made some movies now of the fights I'm doing! FRAPS is I think ideal for BG cause it will only record 30 seconds in the trail version. but hey BG has the PAUZE button! So you just pauze and make start making a new movie..Another program very handy is virtualdub..it makes the big video smaller (from 232MB to 7 MB)


So is there a way to post this video on the forums or elsewhere nearby?...think its big fun to see each others styles!!
