Just to follow up on Xen's idea.

How many time have you done a full reinstall of BG2 for any reason?


I am just about to do my third.

Maybe 20. Seriously :/

Not many times. 4-5 due to bugs or problems with mods.

I'd say I've reinstalled about 3/4 times mainly because I only like to have about four games installed on the hardrive...

Hmm. I'm probably on the 15-20 mark as well.

I do a lot of hardware changes :(

Well, let's see..

4 times due formatting my HD(s).
~3 due low disk space (sometime ago I only had a 20gig HD and since full install is 2.5gigs..)
and about 4 times due MOD complications or other errors

So about 10 to 11 times in total. [img]smile.gif[/img]

0! I have a bad experience with re-installs, if you get what I'm saying. So I don't both to reinstall BG2 since I'm not really havning any problems. Only prob I'm having is how slow the game moves (seems like it's moving in slow-motion sometimes), but I'm sure a re-install wouldn't fix that.

I have the override folder and the dialog.tlk both zipped up, after ToB, so I never really need to reinstall. Just uninstall all of the mods, delete the override and dialogue.tlk file, and replace them with the originals. Patch it, etc.

Due to problems with conflicting mods or bugs, about 18 times.

I finaly did my first one, too many mods cuase bugs lol :D
