Ok, I've soloed this game with a cleric ranger, went through once with a team of scorcers. ANd have beat it with about every other class imaginable. I want some more challange, what do you poepel think the worst team ever would be made of? Ill use my main char, who will probbably be a strait fighter or something.

That's a tough question, since most of the NPC's are different and good in their own special ways. To start you off, definitely pick up Cernd, he's a shapeshifter, not very good (at least in my opinion), but he gets better with higher levels. For yourself, I suggest a Priest of _____ dualclassed to a thief or something of the sort. Hmm... Other than that, no really bad people are left... I'm sure other people will have suggestions though.

The worst team ever would probably be a group of 6 Beast Masters since they are the poorest excuse for a kit out there.

PC: Half Elf Beast Master (so that you avoid the urge to dual out into something useful)
Rest of party: Cernd, Haer'Dalis, Nalia. Nobody else, as 4 people in the party is plenty to finish the game (though with this party, who knows). Nalia does the thieving (with LOTS of help) and magic using, Cernd is the priest for healing (except when you actually use him as your backup tank, as he can't cast spells when shapeshifted); no "overbalanced shapeshifter" mod to bail you out. Haer'Dalis has some useful stuff, but not enough to be truly worth it; he just kind of backs up your guy up front or sits back as the archer. It would be difficult, but worth the challenge. |
Add in Yoshimo Dualed to a Fighter, and I think you'll have the "Imperfect Party" nailed.

Actually Yosh makes a decent Fighter/Thief.

give your pc opposite stats for what the game suggests, like the lowest possible dexterity for a theif or a super-high wisdom for a mage and a really high intelligence for a cleric. And pick true neutral for your alignment

Yoshimo does make a good Thief->Fighter, but during the Fighter-only part of the transition, he's totally without Thieving skills and you're stuck with Nalia. And, assuming that you took him up to Level 13 or so before the Dual, he's going to be stuck as a low-level Fighter for a long time. And then, just before he emerges from the Dual--UH-oh! :D

Beastmasters are real fun actually
i finished the game with one give him the staff of rhynn and some good studded leather (plenty out there) and off you go |
