not necessarily. It just marks the particular thread as 'subscribed' and is useful if you want to keep track of a particular thread. The PM/email are additional options (disabled by default).

Which is cool. I really don't need to get a bunch of emails regarding replied to threads. The Atari boards use this software, and I got a few emails from them about replies before I figured out how to shut it off. All in all, though, this is a very nice upgrade.

Things look nice, I've updated my bookmarks.

The only problem I had was needing to log in again--I'm not sure how long it's been since I had to use my password.

Thank goodness for the search function in my email, I found the password info from the last time I needed to re-enter my password...from May 2003!
