Greetz, all. Back on from a hectic weekend. My son (4-1/2 years) fell from his doorway Friday night before bed and hurt his arm. 9 at night, and we're heading for the ER.

3-1/2 hours in the ER, and he's all set for now. They gave him Tylenol with Codeine somewhere around 11:30, and by the time we got home at midnight-thirty, it had kicked in and he was feeling pretty good. [img]smile.gif[/img] Kept talking and jabbering, telling us where we could sleep, and so on. Eventually he fell asleep, but we were laughing at the poor little high boy. I mean, what else can you do at 1 in the morning when you can't get upset with him?

He's doing much better now, and absolutely refuses to wear the sling. Now he gets another appointment this week to get his permanent cast.

Now, while I'm usually a night owl, being up late Friday was different, and I've been exhausted the last two days. So I actually went to be early last night (around 11), and I think I'm back up to (ab)normal.

*yawns* At least, I think so... :D

Sorry to hear that, Bungleau. Boys will be boys, though. He'll get to have everyone sign his cast.

Her dad wasn't home and I'm sure that what her dad doesn't know won't get her killed :D
Seriously though, Chris is a friend of hers from way back and Jen loves me too much for anything untoward to have taken place [img]smile.gif[/img]

My dad knows I'm responsible Bill, but sometimes it sucks to be the daughter...especially when you have a new boyfriend to introduce to over protective brother, father, grandpa, and guy friends *sigh*</font>

Things are looking to be real interesting shortly. So ..... I'm taking a vacation to Orlando in 2 weeks. Long deserved too, haven't had a proper vacation in 6 years. :( I think I can find some trouble though!
