No traps are encountered, and the party reaches another widening. A large, black pool of stagnant water is in the center, which sends forth an occasional bubble, which pops, audibly. Areas of luminescent scum are scattered around the surface. A small, decrepit shack is standing at the water's edge, and a light is showing at one window.

JETT (He cautiously approaches the shack, still checking for traps.)

Khaz`Djir sees an enourmous bowl of soup flying towards him at a normal rate of speed. he looks at the bowl, it looks like its chicken soup or something and prepares to eat it. but he could not finish his important process for there was a very important instrument missising. after thinking what it is for about 10 seconds, Khaz`Djir says at a soft and spooky voice:"there is no spoon". the bowl vanishes and Khaz`Djir starts to think about more important things.

JETT (Carefully avoiding the water, he peeks in the window)

Encard stands back a bit, waiting motionlessly to see whether anything unpleasant will happen to Jett.

You see a small, bare room with a small, gnomelike man hastening about at some task. He looks about constantly and mutters to himself. There is a door to your left.

JETT (He carefully checks the door)

No traps are found. The door is unlocked.
