If it's going to be left entirely (or mostly) to me to formulate enough good questions for an entirely new 3rd Quiz, there isn't going to be one. I sprained my cerebral cortex trying to come up with some good posers for the 2nd one, and even then, there were some mistakes. I do have a set of unasked questions at home, but only 7 of them (all of which are mostly identical) are really any good.

If pcgiant wouldn't mind taking up the mantle of the Grand Inquisitor, I'd certainly enjoy the chance to try my skills on someone else's questions. Maybe we could all come with questions on our own, and Email them to him so he can compile a Quiz from them all.

While Mekrath's Lair does indeed have that blind staircase that leads nowhere, I think it's much more likely that a staircase in the Slums District leading downward is pretty much guaranteed to land you right in the middle of the Slums District Sewers. Yes, I certainly did--that's because some Districts of Athkatla use portions of other districts to fill in unused portions of their map, so the Area Map doesn't look so empty. This can lead to some really strange vistas: Stand on the walkway in the southwest part of the Government District. Apparently, there's this weird kind of cliff, and you seem to be floating above part of the Bridge District.

Parts of the Slums District are "recycled" in the same manner, as background in 2 of the corners of the Temple District. What I found noteworthy is that in the Northwest corner of the Temple District, BioWare used a screenshot of the Slums with the Sewer Gate left open, which naturally made for a good trivia question.
