Well, Six and Dundee patrol the boards like the old days, sometimes pointing out errors. Every once in a while a topic will be started that will sprout into a nice discussion concerning gaming ethics, good classes, weapons and stuff like that.

Sir Exxon is a frequent poster on Silver River, I don't know why he left here. As for Alson, I haven't got the faintest clue. Both Pirengle and Hank Parsons (both knowledgeable about BG2) I haven't seen lately.

Ah the BG2 forum. Back in the day I was one of the BG2 mod development gurus, check out the photo album page 14 if ya don't believe me :D But by the time I came to IW I had already played BG2 to death and couldn't be bothered answering newb questions (did all that back on BGDungeon - Ah THOSE were the days) :D

Well, he isn't there as much as he used to be.

Vask's refers to either the "blue boards" which existed sometime in 2001 (and turned brown just before I registered) or maybe the time of t0tal br0wnage, 2001-2003 or somesuch, in which the forums were personal and contained lots of drama ( ) and more inside jokes I guess. The "How Did Ironworks Get It's Name?" thread, the "Ironworks Movie" threads, "Trouser Tyranny" or some such barmy nonsense which I never understood and other curious discussions were made during that time cap, if memory serves.

Pirengle is a name that i remember, though the deeds escape me. I'm getting a blank for HP. There's still more that i can't think of. I guess i'm gonna have to trundle over to the archives and check it out. Thanks Link

Wow I never realized how close I came to joining during the blue board era. I thought the blue boards were around circa 1999 or 2000.
