~With that settled, DragonMage spoke a word to light the lamp and settled down to read....After a couple of hours and some horrible stew, DragonMage gave up.~ "I find nothing in any of my books! We must go find someone who knows of this! We should find Neb and ask him all he knows of it AND where to find it!"

~After a restful night's sleep. Hiram and Breanna set out to find Neb. Breanna thanks Gwen and presents her with a gift - a lovely figurine of a dragon, plus some coin for her hospitality.~ "Well, let's away, then. I hope we run across Neb soon. I really MUST find that magical tome; however, this, I suppose should come first. 'Banish ye evil where ye may, the book will wait for another day.'"

(I'm over at the Temple of Aerie disguised as Aerie! I'm trying to trick Avatar into giving me the shard, by saying I can use it to banish the shadows which is quite true, however, I might "accidentially" not do it until they've overrun the Temple of Aerie, I might also use it's powers for less ethical things.)

"I advice you not to search for me," answers Neb's essence, "You might mess up my plans, what needs to be done in order to banish the shadow-things to their own plane is not easy, first you must locate the Black Diamond Shard that is currently possessed by Avatar of the Temple of Aerie, after acquiring the shard, you must then throw it into the Depths of Ul'Garth, a VERY deep and VERY large hole in the ground north of the Temple of Aerie, which has a powerful holy aura, it will be destroyed by this and the shadows's powers will be destroyed with it, without their powers they will not be able to remain in this plane, the biggest problem is that the Depths are guarded by a large army of shadows and that Avatar probably won't believe anyone if they tell him that they need the Shard for the greater good, unless, of course, one was disguised as Aerie, that should be enough information, can I go now? I'm starting to miss my body."
