Even though the ghoul is dead Khalist's foot is still stuck in it, he drags himself(And the ghoul's corpse) off into some bushes and hides there till the battle's over, trying to free himself from it.

*He Decided That Spell Casting Was Enough And He Picked Up His Crossbow Once More. Taking Careful Aim He Fired At One Of The Ghouls, But The Bolt Just Sailed Over Its Head. Quickly Reloading, He Fired Again, This Time, It Hit A Ghoul In The Leg. The Ghoul Hardly Seemed Affected By This, And It Turned And Started Hobbling Towards Him*

Mui sees the ghould slowly moving towards Derkian and leaps at it. He tackles the monstrosity, but regrets his move when his sword goes flying away from him and his right arm is pinned under his body. Thinking quickly he rolls to the left and away from the ghoul, but since he has no weapon he picks up a branch lying next to him. "This could be bad..."

Khalist managed to free himself and stood up, he saw Mui armed only with a branch being attacked by one of the four remaining ghouls.

Khalist couldn't reach him in time to aid(Mainly because a large part of the chest of the dead ghoul was still stuck to his foot and was making running and walking difficult.), so instead he looked around for something to throw, he had lost his shurikens somehow, looking down he spotted the head of the dead ghoul.

The Ninja grabbed it and threw it at the ghoul attacking Mui, it hit the attacker's left arm, which then fell off, the attacking ghoul seemed slightly perplexed by this and stood for a few moments, indecisive as to whether it should attack Derkian, Mui or Khalist.

Seizing the opportunity for a kill, Mui slammed his sturdy branch into the ghoul's chest, caving it in and causing the beast to nearly fall in half when its spinal remains shattered. With his right foot he swept the ghoul's feet out from under it, then he stomped on its throat, taking it down at last. He waved his thanks to Khalist, then went over and picked up his lost longsword.

Khalist motioned for Mui to get over here and use his sword to cut him free from the remains of this damn ghoul.

"Certainly." Mui walks over to the pinned-down Khalist and hacks off the ghoul remains clinging to him.

'Ah buggery, that was a bloody mess, I got scratches all over me, any o' the rest o' you injured?'
He carried on walking, then stoppedas he got to where they were huddled about after having killed the previous ghoul, and wiping clean his trusty axe.

Neb rubbed his aching leg and thanked Mui, then climbed up a tree in order to be safe from the ghouls.
