You are? Oh, right then.... *Looks out of the window again, sees a campfire in the woods* Then you must.... Defeat the mighty ogre that dwells in the forest with.... A herring! He's near that campfire, now go! And do not return until you have his head!

TAOWolf 02-15-2002 08:24 PM

Chuckles, and starts towards the campfire, holding the herring like a sword in front of her. She can't keep the smile off her face, and desperately tries not to giggle out loud............

TAOWolf 02-15-2002 08:36 PM

She stops within 10 feet of the Ogre's campfire, and pulls off one of her gloves. She casts an imbibing spell (quiet as a deer), and sneaks up behind the Ogre, and lays her ungloved hand on the back of his neck, causing him to go to sleep. She unsheaths her sword, aims, and cleaves thru his neck, the head falling to the ground. Using part of the Ogre's cloak to wipe the blood off of her sword, she checks the runes on it quickly to make sure none of the Ogre's soul imbibed itself to it. Seeing it is safe, she resheaths the sword, puts her glove back on, and picks up the Ogre's head, and heads back to the castle......

We've got a new member eh, has she got the overlord's blessing yet? Welcome aboard but the main reason I posted here was I know that we have forums but I was wondering if Link ever got around to making the Website. Or has anyone for that matter, well that's it.(Edit-The HADB website if you're wondering what I'm going on about)

We don't have a website, but we DO have a forum, though you do not need to be an HADB member to sign up.

You're not talking to me are you? You know that I am already a member right oh mighty administrator, why did Azure give it up anyway, being the administrator? I never got around to asking him. Do you know if Link is working on the website.

I've no idea whether Link is working on the website nor any idea as to why Azzy gave up his Admin position, I probably remembered it once because he told me, but now I've forgotten it

(OOC - Didn't even know we had a building here, oh well, here goes...)

*Barry the Bard strides into the HADB castle, long hair flowing behind over his shoulders. He has a sword strapped to his belt, and a lute and small crossbow over his back. He is wearing a coat of Elven chain mail that glows faintly red against his pale complexion*

Well what do we have here? I have come to join, as a rightful member of HADB, your fight against... well... against anyone actually. I'm a bit bored at present and a bard is always in need of song material.

So, what's happening?

Well, *Neb points out of the window towards TAO who's returning with the ogre's head* That woman just defeated a mighty ogre! You can immortalize her deeds in song!

Or you can whip out your electric lute and an amp and give us some Metallica.
