I've heard of MANY that are heroes in multiple worlds, these are adventurers that have exceed in the art of heroing in many realms of existance. It's not entirely unheard of though the only the spirit of the leader is ever in another realm, the heroes of one world almost never are in another world. I hope this clarified things for you my berserker friend!
