If there was, he could use it. This is theory, not always applicable to actuality.

I guess it was the choice of the word "naturally" that bothers me. I generally think of naturally as meaning "according to the usual course of things" unless context prevents that definition.

You know, that's a very valid point. I didn't even consider that the only way Yoshimo could hold the Crom Faeyr is via various tricks to get around his death, so, in a way, he cannot use the Crom without magical aid. Of course, one could argue the opposite point as well: Since the geas upon him is anything but natural, Yoshimo is indeed naturally able to wield the Crom. But the fact of the matter is that the 'natural' Yoshimo carries his own 'un-naturalness' within him, and therefore creates a confusing "grey area" in yet another of my trivia questions. Damn thee, Yoshimo!

A: True. Take a good look at the northwest corner of the Temple District. Unless I'm blind, that's an OPEN sewer grating. It almost certainly led down to the stairs that now take you to the Myconid Room. Far too many people didn't seem to understand that this question deals with the way things were IN THE PAST.

Typical. You take people's points by using obscure expressions.

BTW, I know another way of getting there directly!

How are "Once upon a time" and using the word "could" instead of "can" misleading or obscure? In short, how would you have worded the question? And I was never out to "take people's points." It was my design to make the Quiz difficult in a way that would benefit those people who went off the beaten path and kept doing new things--like examining the northwest corner of the Temple District.

That's odd--I know that Jan's Hidden quest does not teleport you to the Slums sewers, nor is there anything else that can send you there (to my knowledge, anyway) without walking all the way through the Slave Ship or the CC. Of what "direct" way do you speak, Vedran?

A mistake. Sorry.

No prob.

Unless... it went straight into Mekrath's lair....

While Mekrath's Lair does indeed have that blind staircase that leads nowhere, I think it's much more likely that a staircase in the Slums District leading downward is pretty much guaranteed to land you right in the middle of the Slums District Sewers. I don't think there was ever any intention of getting the Slums messed up with the can of worms that Mekrath's Lair turned out to be part of.
