Having dropped his sword Ace lets the claws from his gauntlets slide out, initiating his Greater whirlwind attack he strips the protective magic’s off Seph and delivers two crippling blows to the face.

"Time to die!"

Focusing his power in one place Ace launches his "Harms touch" (opp. of Lay on hands spell) at SSJ4Sephiroth and projects the ball of black energy at Seph blowing him backwards directly onto KS sword.

Impaled, level drained, almost dead and with his spell casting ability frozen Seph sags and drops his sword. Fearing any sort of regenatorive ability Ace picks up his sword and prepares to deal the finishing blow.

After waiting a LONG time in his castle for Seph and Kaz to come by, Neb decides to visit Seph, he uses a Teleport spell to get there, but when he sees that Seph is already fighting someone, he activates all of his protection spells instead and waits for Seph to defeat his foes so he can be defeated by Neb.
