Re: Cloudy's Cafe, a conversation zone, March 20, 2008
Blast my middle/highschool delinquency. If I'd done more of my homework I wouldn't have had to go to summer classes. If I didn't have to go to summer school I could have gone on tour with my youth choir. Several stops they made that year, you mentioned there Bungleau. On the bright side I did get to go with them when they went to D.C. we sang on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and where they display the Declaration. (sadly my memory for details can be pretty crappy sometimes, what was it called the National Archives or something?) Visited Arlington Cemetary, watched the changing of the guard. And somewhere in there sang the National Anthem. It was a fun trip. Hmmm singing in Ruby Falls was pretty cool too. Though for some odd reason I can't recall the state that one's located in. My memory is really sketchy today.

I forgot about that, FSA! Ruby Falls is in Tennessee.... Chattanooga, to be specific. We stopped there on the way down to Atlanta and went to Rock City... a truly fun place, as it turned out! They've got a number of paths carved through a field of rock (not rocks, rock), and gnomes all over the place. You can see seven states from there, at least on a good day.
The kids liked some of the places like the Fat Man's Squeeze (which is really narrow, natch!). I liked the Goblin Overpass... it was preceded by the Gnome Underpass (I think...). Definitely worth a stop on the way... |

Yep, and from a musical view the acoustics are pretty awesome.

Ruby Falls is a waterfall the is found in a cave system in Tennessee. When I was on tour with the youth choir I used to be part of we had a chance to sing down in the caves. The acoustics were pretty awesome.
On a side note the patch for Sacred works wonders. My horse is still my horse, and my escort mission objectives now run away from battle rather than running into it. And I'm glad Wilbur auto-revives, cuz I hate having to baby-sit NPC's |

Well, if you're willing to spend a little the Gold edition can be acquired for about $20US. Or you could wait for the release of Sacred 2. Which looks fairly impressive so far.
