Is that the stuff that's almost the same as aluminium, or the other element aluminum that is only found in the USA and other countries where the letter "i" is rationed

I don't reckon women should have the choice as to whether to go topless or not.
It should be compulsory.....tits out for the boys......except in winter. :D

OOI...can blokes go topless? I know my mate nearly got nicked in the US (maybe Florida) for walking around without a shirt on.

It's spelled C - A - R people! NOT caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!

Oh, and as for the topic - I say liberate them! Free them! Release them from their confining shackles! LOL

It's better than either of those...it doesn't just protect against paranormal activity... oh no! Alumininum is good for repeling aliens too! :D ahem...

on topic- I don't think we'll see large numbers of bare breasted women running around NY soon, despite any settlements or rulings. (And TL's right, the "Supreme Court" in NY is the lower one)

I feel that women should have the same rights as men. It should be a society of equality not where the men can basically do what they want while the women are limited. If men can walk around with no shirt on then women should have the same right also.

Why would they. It's illegal to be naked. It's not enforcibly illegal to be topless. Topless is not naked.

na·ked

1 : not covered by clothing : NUDE
2 : devoid of customary or natural covering : BARE:
