Actually there is one set of armor a monk can wear. If you read the description of Keldorn's armor it says "few but Keldorn" can wear it. Well monks can. Next time you play a monk make sure to swipe Keldorn's armor...heh...

From DSimpson's FAQ.

Does anyone know where there is an editor just for BG2 cos mine is for BG1 and i can't create katanas and stuff.

You can only wear keldorn's armour as a monk, if your stats match his, I believe. http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...iles/smile.gif

And why would a wizard and a cleric travelling together make any sense, two diametrically opposed belief systems working for the same end? Yeah right. http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif

Monks are great. I love them, fav. class for me alongside the Bardic classes. Very very fun and interesting to play.

Oh yeah, I've never heard of a warrior night before http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif and the Monk isn't a ninja.

I was thinking of starting a monk, and then take Keldorns armor. Do you still lower your AC with the armor on when you level up?

For those that don't know the stats, it is:
15 STR
17 CON
12 INT
18 CHA

I guess the wisdom and dexterity doesn't matter.

Mate I wouldn't worry about Keldorns Armour. I completed the game twice with a Monk and never needed it. I like the thought of my character running around freely with no weapons or armour.

I don't have to worry about armor at higher level so I've heard, but...oh, well it doesn't matter. It's a nice bug anyway.
