You DO realise that a lawyer costs money too, do you ? Without one you won't go a long way in court, and with one, you still might lose. Are you willing to pay the fee ? :D

Yes I do. But once he wins he can lend the MP 3 player to his lawyer every weekend and so he doesn`t need to pay the fee. :D

Yep, you don't need a lawyer in Small Claims Court. All you need is for the Judge to declare that it is a valid debt, and they'll have to pay.
