...Just to side track for a second...
I heard that sometime this year a 'new' Red Dwarf was going to be filmed for DVD release in 2009.
Also the channel 'Dave' will be showing 4 specials to make the 10 years since the last Dwarf Epps. were made. Could be good, but how many times have we heard this before!!

I'm not excited at all. I'm kind of dreading it actually. If series 8 was anything to go by. They always called these extra episodes off, because of the lack of budget.

THE LACK OF BUDGET WAS WHAT MADE IT GREAT. As soon as RD got money injected in to it, it lost all of what made it brilliant.

Thats fair, although I remain optimistic. As long as the guys can be reunited (Personally I could do without Kochanski) then it will be worthwhile.

I don't think it matters as long as it means Rimmer will still be present.

As for Holly, not sure if I mentioned this before but I've seen him around Edinburgh twice now, allegedly he lives on a road round the corner from me!

Ye think it'd be weird if I went round to ''convince'' him to get the new eps rolling? :hehe:
